EXPORT

This displays a simple Gantt chart with different bar colours for different levels – Phase, task & Sub Task

From here you can choose (by clicking on the EXPORT button) to export the data to ..

• Project Commander (this is free and starts up automatically with the current plan.
• Microsoft Project (the current plan will only start up if Microsoft Project is installed on your pc).
• Save as MPX. If you do not have Microsoft Project or you want to send the file to someone else that has Microsoft Project, Primavera, PowerProject or most popular project management software.
• The data fields only will be shown in Excel
• Primavera & PowerProject and other project software will be added to the export list in the future.

PROJECT COMMANDER EXPORT

Note:  The tasks, costs & resources are exported. The project software assumes there is a FINISH-START link between each successive task.

All the data and links may be edited or deleted in the project software as you refine and complete/reschedule the final project plan.

Important : You must close Project Commander before you can return back to Project Highway.

MICROSOFT PROJECT EXPORT

All the data and links may be edited or deleted in the project software as you refine and complete/reschedule the final project plan.

MPX EXPORT

A MPX file can be used to load into most popular project software or systems that interface with Microsoft Project.

EXCEL EXPORT

An XLS file is saved.
