On most of stages there is a Library on the right panel for examples of items to place in the list on the left. In each library, there is a drop down category.

You can either insert your items or drag & drop from the lists available in the libraries. You can choose items from multiple libraries.

To enter your own item, press the INS key or right click the mouse.

You can change the order of the items in the list by dragging and dropping any item up or down the list.

Once you have created a step – you can use the left arrow to roll back to earlier steps, where the data is saved.

Once a file is saved, it can be reused for another project.  You can also make changes to existing projects – such as the Project start date and the schedule will be recalculated.
