P2_PC is a new pc based software product that is a management Toolkit for £375 only that is fully customisable and allows the Executive/Programme Management or the Project Manager to control the PRINCE2 process.

It contains Checklists to ensure PRINCE2 tasks are carried in full and in the right order, general questions and a Project Healthcheck. It allows tasks to be date scheduled and actuals and % complete recorded.

There are various starter templates that cover different types and sizes of project and these are configurable.

The P2_PC Checklist records all actions and when performed.

It contains also a full range of Registers, Document Log and full Product Based Planning if needed.

P2_PC contains templates for 2005 and the new 2009 versions.

P2_PC allows you to automatically create a Gantt chart from the Checklist in Microsoft Project/Project Commander format of the PRINCE2 management tasks scheduled.
