Project Commander is massively cheaper than PowerProject and has two budget versions. Asta also have a low cost solution - Easyplan but it is still as hard to use as PowerProject.
The features of Asta Easyplan has many reduced versions than the PowerProject. Be careful not to compare Project Commander Professional full version with Easyplan; if you require a low budget then you need to look at Project Commander (and see full list of features for the Barchart version)
