Project Commander is a desktop based application - able to be loaded on a stand-alone pc or in a client-server environment.

We have a number of groups of competitors ....

1. Other stand-alone software packages.

2. Server based solutions that are based on expensive databases.

3. Wholly internet based

Standalone software

Our main competitor is Microsoft Project Standard version - but in the construction arena we also compete against PowerProject and Primavera.

Main advantages
Project Commander is much cheaper and easier to use than any other package.

Server based

There are many competitors - but our main competitor is Microsoft Project Server version

Main advantages
Project Commander is 10-100 times cheaper and easier to set up and install. Our prices are based on concurrent users and not number of workstations.

Internet based

Project Commander does not depend on any internet connection.
